For home owners putting their home on the market, we will make your home spotless and ready for showing. For apartment clients, a professional cleaning will ensure you get as much of your deposit back as possible. Moving into a new home fresh, clean and sanitized.
*In Addition to the Spring Clean*
Kitchen, Bathroom &Laundry Room
- Vacuum and wipe out the inside of all cabinets
- Clean exterior of all appliances added complimentary microwave, oven and fridge
- Interior of all appliances added complimentary
- We recommend running the self-clean on the oven, if not we will only take care of the interior door
- Clean and disinfect all sinks, toilets, showers and tubs
Doors, Windows & Vents
- Dust mini-blinds
- Dust heating and air vents
- Streak-free clean sides of entry door and sliding glass doors (weather permitting)
Floors
- Vacuum and mop all hard surface floors
- Vacuum carpeting
*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with and extension duster. We cannot move furniture but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
**If shower, bathtub, tub/shower tiles have severe soap scum build up there could be an extra charge for a deep clean. For the “Spring Clean,” we will not clean more that two times if severe build up is found. Please request an in-home estimate to clean these areas.
